Project Coordinator - Vehicle Development

Summary: 

Support project management leadership with coordination of technical service projects in information services, business transformation, and product life cycle management for the Vehicle Development team. Responsible for coordinating communications, organizing meetings, project reporting, and schedule management.

Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end project coordination across concept, development, implementation and sustainment phases. 
  • Attend and document meetings with cross-functional teams (e.g., Data Engineering, Business Analysts
  • Organize and maintain project documentation in Confluence and Google Suite.
  • Build and manage Jira Epics, dashboards, and Confluence pages to track deliverables
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and translate it into actionable items
  • Collaborate with UX Designers to ensure deliverables are visually represented on dashboards
  • Coordinate with Business Analysts to align on timelines and dependencies
  • Communicate effectively with VPs, Directors, and technical team
  • Participate in client meetings and manage team goals, schedules, information.
  • Create documents, analyze and report information to internal and external team members.
  • Maintain project issue management and reporting.
  • Provide meeting organization coordination support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, project management, engineering, communications, supply chain management).
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong project coordination skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in dynamic team environments.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Hands on experience with project management tools such as Jira required and Confluence is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP, PowerBI or Salesforce is plus.
  • Understanding of dashboard design and experience in supporting their creation and maintenance preferred.

 

California pay range

$45 - $50 USD
