Project Coordinator - Information Systems

Summary: 

Support project management leadership with coordination of technical service projects in information services, business transformation, and product life cycle management. Responsible for coordinating communications, organizing meetings, project reporting, and schedule management.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in client meetings and manage team goals, schedules, information.
  • Building and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication.
  • Organize communications with team members, client management, and external stakeholders including suppliers.
  • Create documents, analyze and report information to internal and external team members.
  • Maintain project issue management and reporting.
  • Provide meeting organization coordination support.
  • Support OEM supplier communications.
  • Manage onboarding and training.           
  • Support organizing Q&A status.
  • Document creation.
  • Meeting support
  • Schedule management
  • Utilizing OEM's scheduling/onboarding system

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of work experience in administration or bachelor’s in communication, English
  • Proficient in all MS Office tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a multinational team environment.
  • Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with Japanese OEM's (preferred)
