As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be a part of the Goldbelly Operations Team and involved in all critical daily functions in a fast-growing company. You will coordinate the movement of packages, work directly with our carrier partners, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. You will resolve problems and requests from management teams and internal/external partners. You will be a strong, clear communicator and comfortable interacting with colleagues across all levels and departments. Additionally, you will be expected to multi-task and coordinate new projects as they arise. This position will report to the Director of Logistics.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate and monitor the movement of packages
  • Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on time delivery of orders
  • Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and manage logistics data
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve any issues or delays in the logistics process
  • Maintain accurate inventory, delivery schedules, and customer orders
  • Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs

What You’ve Done:

  • Experience of 3-5 years as a Logistic Coordinator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of common carrier operations and logistics terminology
  • A critical thinker with excellent analytical skills and a keen attention to detail 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
