Intern, Employer Branding - Summer 2026

We’re Looking For A(n): Employer Branding Intern who will support the People team in bringing our employee experience and culture to life through compelling storytelling and digital content. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented student interested in human resources, marketing, communications, or brand strategy who wants hands-on experience shaping how a company attracts and engages talent.

Location: El Segundo, CA OR North Hollywood, CA

Program Dates: 

• Start date: June 8th or June 15th
• End date: August 28th 

Workload: 

• 35-39 hours/week

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build out the Golden Pet Brands social media pages (LinkedIn, BuiltIn, etc.)
• Assist in creating content such as employee spotlights, culture posts, blog articles, and visual assets
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting campaigns and hiring initiatives
• Help maintain and update employer branding assets (career site content, job postings, employer brand guidelines)
• Schedule, publish, and maintain engaging posts on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
• Evaluate the employee value proposition and onboarding experience to identify pain points and refine the company’s brand messaging

Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in employer branding, culture, or public relations
• Comfortable using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok preferred)
• Basic design or content creation experience is a plus (Canva, Adobe, video tools)
• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn

The base salary range is $17-$20.

The posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on California's cost of labor analysis. This salary range is subject to change per state; please click here to find the pay differential in your state of residence if the role is remote”
