Location: Hybrid (El Segundo, CA and/or Burbank/North Hollywood, CA)
What You’ll Be Doing: The Senior Manager, Ecommerce Experience owns the performance and health of Golden Pet’s direct-to-consumer brand sites by defining how customers discover, understand, and subscribe to our products across all pet brands.
This role serves as the primary business owner of the site experience, accountable for conversion, engagement, subscription opt-in, site reliability, and alignment to business priorities. The Senior Manager, Ecommerce Experience translates CX strategy, customer insights, and business objectives into a clear, prioritized ecommerce roadmap, partnering closely with Brand, Product, Engineering, and Analytics to ensure the brand site operates as a scalable, customer-centric growth channel.
- Own end-to-end performance of Golden Pet brand sites, accountable for conversion rate, engagement, subscription opt-in, and site health across all pet brands
- Serve as the day-to-day business owner of the brand site experience (homepage, PDPs, navigation, collections, and CMS-driven experiences)
- Define and govern the brand site testing and optimization roadmap, including prioritization, hypothesis development, execution oversight, and rollout of winning tests, in partnership with Brand and aligned to business priorities
- Establish and maintain consistent experimentation, QA, and release standards to ensure reliable, high-quality site execution
- Translate CX insights (support contacts, CSAT, reviews, behavioral data) into actionable site improvements and testing opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Retention, Product, Engineering, and Analytics to deliver customer-centric site experience balanced against revenue goals
- Lead and develop the brand site team (operations, optimization, technical design), setting clear priorities, expectations, and performance standards
- Balance cross-brand priorities while maintaining scalable processes and consistent execution standards across the Pet Org

- DTC ecommerce and conversion optimization expertise
- Experimentation and testing methodology
- Strong operational rigor and execution discipline
- CMS and site governance experience
- Data-driven prioritization and performance management
- Required Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Merchandising, or related

Required Experience:
- 5-7+ years in ecommerce, digital product, or site optimization roles
- Demonstrated ownership of site performance and experimentation programs

Preferred Experience:
- DTC and/or subscription ecommerce
- Multi-brand or scaled ecommerce environments

The base salary range is $105,000-$131,000, plus bonus potential.
