What You’ll Be Doing: The Workplace Operations Specialist is an onsite role responsible for creating a welcoming, organized, and engaging workplace experience for employees, talent, guests, and production partners at our Burbank office and production studio. This role serves as a key point of contact for day-to-day office operations, workplace services, employee inquiries, vendors, office events, and production studio support.
This hands-on, service-oriented role blends traditional office management and administrative responsibilities with studio and hospitality support. The Workplace Operations Specialist helps manage the details behind a well-run office, while coordinating employee events, celebrations, meetings, company gatherings, talent visits, and studio activities for an overall exceptional employee experience. Responsibilities include supporting guest and talent arrivals, communicating parking, directions, access, and other studio information, coordinating catering and lunches, and helping ensure office and studio spaces are prepared and ready for daily activities.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Burbank office and production studio, ensuring spaces are organized, welcoming, stocked, and ready to support employees and guests.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee workplace inquiries and requests, providing responsive, service-oriented support and coordinating with the appropriate internal teams as needed.
- Support talent, production guests, vendors, and visitors by coordinating arrival details, including parking, directions, building access, studio information, and other onsite logistics, and provide a warm, professional welcome upon arrival.
- Coordinate catering, lunches, snacks, beverages, and other hospitality needs for employees, meetings, productions, talent visits, and company events.
- Support the planning and execution of employee events, celebrations, meetings, office gatherings, and studio activities, including scheduling, setup, catering, supplies, signage, and day-of logistics.
- Manage office and studio supplies, equipment, kitchen and breakroom needs, refreshments, and workplace amenities, including monitoring inventory and coordinating ordering and replenishment.
- Submit and track facilities work orders and coordinate maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security, building access, and other workplace needs with vendors, building management, and internal partners.
- Prepare and maintain meeting rooms, common areas, studio spaces, and guest areas to ensure they are clean, organized, appropriately stocked, and ready for employees, talent, guests, and scheduled activities.
- Maintain workplace and studio documentation, vendor information, schedules, communications, and resources, ensuring employees and guests receive accurate and timely information.
- Partner cross-functionally with People, Production, IT, Facilities, vendors, and other teams to anticipate needs, resolve day-to-day issues, and continuously improve the employee, guest, and studio experience.

- 2-4 years of experience in workplace operations, office management, or a related role
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Warm, polished, and professional presence with a strong hospitality and service mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally and appropriately with employees, executives, talent, guests, vendors, and production partners.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and responding to changing needs in a fast-paced office and studio environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Ability to anticipate needs and independently resolve routine workplace and guest-service issues.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Ability to occasionally work flexible hours based on production schedules, events, talent visits, and company activities.

The base salary range is $26.15-$32.69, plus bonus potential.
