Assistant, Marketing (Part-Time)
About the Position
The Golden State Warriors have an immediate opportunity for a hard-working, detail-oriented Assistant to support our Marketing & Operations team. In this role, you will aid in the project management and deliverable execution of Warriors Marketing and Game Experience efforts. This position reports to the Marketing & Operations Project Manager.

This is a part-time position and is based onsite in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize internal project management platform to assist with task assignments and timeline management for Marketing support requests from across the organization
- Support game and event playlist development and final assist trafficking across key departments including Marketing & Ops, Studio, Game Experience, Scoreboard Operations and Corporate Partnerships
- Assist in task management for co-branded creative requests and marketing performance recaps
- Initiate and track invoices for cross-department Marketing orders including giveaways and signage requests
- Support updates of self-service Marketing asset folders and resource guides
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing/Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1 year within marketing or creative services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, and resolution skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment
Time Commitment
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule as some evening and weekend work is required
Compensation
- $23.00 per hour
