Team Member Services Representative (Part-Time)

About the Position

The Golden State Warriors and Chase Center are looking for Team Member Services Representative to support the day-to-day operations related to the part-time Team Member experience at Chase Center. This role will be responsible for the maintenance and distribution of uniform and equipment as well as upkeep of Team Member Campus. This is an opportunity to support the creation of world class experiences for Team Members to set them up for success at Chase Center.

This is a part-time position based in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an unparalleled level of service for our Team Members by accurately and efficiently processing their uniform, equipment, and timekeeping requests.; assist all Team Members in meeting uniform compliance
  • Prepare, distribute, record, and collect uniform and equipment utilized on event days
  • Maintain and safeguard the Team Member Services stockroom
  • Track inventory equipment levels to ensure Team Member Services are well-stocked and organized
  • Ensure uniform and equipment parts meet expectations standards, including being in good condition, kept clean, and replaced as needed
  • Receive and inventory orders from partnering vendors; report any inconsistencies to TMS Leader
  • Support all new hire orientations for multiple departments; provide accurate inventory to each new hire with a complete Chase Center uniform
  • Support the Team Member Services operations on event day and non-event day
  • Independently operate Team Member Services as needed in absence of GE and/or TMS Leader
  • Wash and/or repair garments as needed
  • Assist with ensuring Team Member Campus amenities (i.e., break rooms, lockers) are properly functioning. Responsible for QA, pre-and-post events
  • Serve as main point of contact for front line team members across multiple departments regarding feedback, questions, and resolve and/or report as appropriate
  • Assist with written communications to ensure timely responses to emails in the Team Member Services account
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience & Skills

  • 1 year of customer service/events experience; prior experience in inventory management preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous in a high-pressure and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook); familiarity with Smartsheet, Google Suite, Slack, and STARS Labor a plus
  • Basic sewing skills and familiarity with textiles is a plus

Time Commitment

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to work approximately 20-30 hours per week including event and non-event days
  • Must be available to work 50% of major events for each month
  • Reliable form of transportation

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to sit/turn/bend/stand for long periods

Compensation

  • $24.00 per hour
