Concierge (Part-Time)
About the Position
We are looking for upbeat and dedicated Concierges to help us establish a world-class, guest- centric environment for all Golden State Warriors, Golden State Valkyries games, and Chase Center concerts and events.

This is a part-time position located on-site in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a steward for all premium spaces, ensuring exclusivity through diligent access control, including ticket verification, wrist banding, and credential checks
- Provide consistent, high-level service to all guests to build positive relationships
- Maintain presence at premium locations to develop a strong rapport and long-term positive relationships with repeat clients and their guests
- Display exceptional ethical standards, professionalism, and integrity at all times, including in high-stress and high-profile environments
- Resolve suite and premium ticket holder needs (i.e., wheelchair/escort requests, answer questions, and provide information) to create a fun and seamless guest experience
- Respond to and resolve guest feedback in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
- Work as a team to maintain the integrity of the premium locations, and notify management of challenges and concerns
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse departments (Premium Sales and Service, Security) to maintain a consistent guest experience
- Perform pre-event and post-event environmental assessments of premium seating areas, ensuring all spaces meet Chase Center’s aesthetic and cleanliness standards before guest arrival
- Identify and execute opportunities to create personalized 'memorable moments' for premium guests, utilizing creative problem-solving to exceed guest expectations
- Retain extensive knowledge of Chase Center policies, seating charts, and key personnel to provide seamless wayfinding and problem-solving.
- Serve as a source of information and FAQs for Chase Center guests; provide proactive solutions
- Respond to calls via radio or voice amplifiers during events and make on-the-spot decisions regarding arena and guest experience relations policies on management
- Work Thrive City & off-site Golden State Warriors and Valkyries events as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, tourism, or attractions is preferred
- High energy, strong detail orientation, and superior work ethic
- Ability to remain professional and courteous in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment, including during emergencies
- Ability to adhere to proper uniform and grooming standards as defined by Chase Center management
- Ability to work Thrive City & off-site Golden State events as needed; may be responsible for supporting set up and breakdown of these events
- Reliable form of transportation
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time, up to or beyond 6 hours
- Note: This position may require you to sit or stand in an enclosed space (i.e., an elevator) and travel on upper and lower levels multiple times during your shift
Time Commitment
- Maintain availability for at least 60% of all year-round events held at Chase Center to include regular-season home games for both the Golden State Warriors (NBA) and Golden State Valkyries (WNBA), including potential post-season assignments.
- Ability to work a non-traditional schedule (aligned with the year-round Chase Center event calendar) including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Shifts typically range from 5 to 7 hours, depending on the event type; for example, standard game nights are generally 5:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Weekly schedules fluctuate based on event volume and department needs; while consistent availability is required, part-time status does not guarantee a scheduled shift for every individual event
- Serve as a representative for the Golden State Warriors, Golden State Valkyries, or Thrive City at off-site activations as assigned; staffing for these events is based on individual availability and departmental needs, and may require specialized uniforms, unique timing, and physical support for event setup and breakdown
Compensation
- $23.34 per hour
