Junior Graphic Designer (GSW)

About the Position

Golden State is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to work collaboratively within the organization’s Corporate Partnership team. In this role, you will contribute to the creative process, gain valuable experience, and play an integral role in developing first class sales proposals and departmental materials. This position reports to the Director, Partnership Insights.

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and collaborate on Corporate Partnership proposals for Chase Center, Golden State Warriors, and Santa Cruz Warriors
• Develop Golden State Warriors and Chase Center specific case studies that articulate business challenges, activation objectives, and measurable results
• Design charts, graphs, diagrams, and infographics from complex datasets into clear, visually engaging materials
• Own the upkeep of all departmental sales enablement materials such as property-specific brand and category reviews, organizational information within partner recaps, and asset/platform one sheeters
• Support departmental partnership creative requests such as event and in-venue signage, event invites, and LED spec checks
• Create custom graphics, photo, and render mock-ups based on business objectives
• Support the Insights team with overall Commercial creative efforts 
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience & Skills

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in graphic design, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience working for a creative agency or sports property
• Advertising and/or visual marketing experience with the ability to share a creative portfolio
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to build positive working relationships with team members
• Ability to balance multiple projects in fast-paced work environment

• $26.55 Per Hour + Bonus
