Specialist, Team Member Services
About the Position
The Golden State Warriors and Chase Center are looking for a proactive and service-focused Specialist to lead and execute various aspects of our Team Member Experiences business plan which supports the overall business strategy of Chase Center. This position reports to the Manager, Team Member Experience.

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, California.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Team Member Campus operations and experience, including Team Member Services, Micro Market, break rooms, etc.
- Lead Team Member uniform program (i.e., design, ordering, organization and distribution) for multiple departments at Chase Center
- Support the Champions365 program including Team Member communication, recognition, appreciation, coaching, survey creation, distribution, and results
- Procure, manage, repair, store and distribute Team Member resources including radios, name tags, iPads, etc.
- Collaborate on improvement initiatives that enhance Team Member experience elements including on-site and digital
- Lead vendor relationships associated with uniforms, equipment, etc.
- Schedule and oversee the day-to-day work of Assistant and Representatives
- Oversee and lead Guest Experiences Team Members including Ambassadors, Concierges, Guest Service Representatives, and Supervisors
- Act as Manager on Duty during select Chase Center and Thrive City events
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of administrative and/or sports and entertainment experience
- Ability to complete written reports and correspondence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, and Outlook), Google Suite, Smartsheet
- Excellent attention to detail as it pertains to documenting inventories, order processing, etc.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization and community
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; ability to plan, organize and coordinate initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication, service and resolution skills
- Ability to proactively begin and balance multiple projects in a demanding and fast-paced work environment
Time Commitment
- Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, on-call status, and holidays as necessary
Compensation
- $26.00 - 28.00 per hour + Bonus
