
Manager, Ticket Sales
About the Position
The Golden State Warriors are looking for an elite sales leader to generate revenue by maintaining relationships with current accounts and finding new business through season tickets and mini plan packages. In this role, you will collaborate with leadership to develop a sales and training strategy to ensure the development of our Ticket Sales Representatives. This position reports to the Director, Ticket Sales.

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales staff and exceed goals for the department
- Participate in the hiring and sales training processes for Ticket Sales Representatives
- Exceed weekly and monthly goals tied to season ticket and mini plan sales
- Actively pursue new business and decipher ways to acquire leads
- Build positive relationships with current accounts and past ticket holders
- Provide superior customer service to all current and potential customers
- Make phone calls from provided lead lists to sell season ticket and mini plan ticket packages
- Handle and work with inbound leads through our website and main phone line
- Work Warriors home games to market and sell new ticket packages; represent the Warriors at various community events to promote our team and current ticket packages
- Maintain minimum call volume outlined by the Director, Ticket Sales
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a competitive sales environment with a track record of reaching quotas; experience in a sales leadership role preferred
- Experience developing marketing plans, promotions, presentations, and proposals
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as the ability to learn database and CRM platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and resolution skills
- Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and peers at all levels within an organization and throughout the community
- Flexibility with changing priorities; ability to organize and prioritize workload
Compensation
- $70,000 + Bonus + Commission
