About the Role:
Motive is seeking detail-oriented, motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our Enrichment & Quality Assurance (QA) team. This role is essential in ensuring our sales pipeline has high-quality, complete data and that our customer outreach meets best-practice standards. BDRs work at the intersection of data validation, process quality, and sales enablement—providing the foundation for effective sales development across SMB and Mid-Market segments.
What You'll Do:
Account and Data Enrichment
- Research, validate, and enrich account and contact details using AI, internal tools and external sources to ensure data is accurate, up-to-date, and actionable for sales teams.
- Review, verify, and supplement fleet information for accounts, resolving missing data and correcting inconsistencies.
- Process high-volume batches of account assignments, adhering to daily/weekly enrichment targets and quality benchmarks.
- Identify duplicate or invalid accounts and escalate for resolution to maintain data integrity.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Audit Sales Development Representative calls and workflows according to standardized QA rubrics, with consistent attention to procedural compliance and customer experience.
- Complete required QA forms/reports for each audit in a timely, thorough, and objective manner.
- Provide constructive, actionable feedback to SDRs and team leads to drive ongoing improvement in outreach quality and process adherence.
- Participate in calibration sessions and training to ensure fairness and uniformity in QA practices.
Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with enrichment and QA teammates, SDR managers, Sales Operations, and cross-functional partners for seamless assignment handoff and process execution.
- Communicate blockers or data challenges effectively in internal channels (Slack, email) to enable rapid troubleshooting.
Continuous Improvement
- Suggest workflow improvements, flag recurring data issues, and contribute to evolving enrichment and QA best practices within the BDR team.
- Stay current on product, process, and Salesforce (SFDC) updates as part of ongoing enablement.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year) in business, operations, IT, or a related field – equivalent work experience also considered.(this is good to have not a must have)
- Demonstrated experience with data research, customer outreach, sales operations, or quality/process auditing (internship, academic, or professional).
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, especially with large datasets and call/process audits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable drafting reports and summarizing findings.
- Proficiency in using CRM/platforms (SFDC experience a plus), spreadsheets, and research tools.
- Organized, persistent, and able to thrive in a target-driven tech/SaaS environment.
- Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback/coaching for continuous growth.
