About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven finance professional to join our FP&A team. In this critical role, you'll provide actionable financial insights that directly drive growth and efficiency within our Marketing organization. You'll have significant exposure to C-level leadership and a unique opportunity to shape the financial strategy for a rapidly growing SaaS business, directly contributing to our customer acquisition and revenue growth.
In this role, you will partner closely with Marketing leaders to analyze financial performance, refine forecasts, and ensure disciplined budget management for all marketing initiatives. You'll also drive improvements in efficiency metrics related to marketing spend, oversee marketing headcount reporting and planning, and build scalable financial models to guide decision-making for marketing investments.
What You'll Do:
- Lead financial processes, including variance analysis, reporting, and forecasting. Provide guidance to marketing business partners to strengthen overall financial capabilities.
- Support our monthly, quarterly, and annual planning processes. Partner with Marketing leadership to create a financial forecast and prepare review materials for executives.
- Analyze current and past trends in marketing financial & operational data (e.g., campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, marketing spend by channel), then provide actionable insights to management.
- Create, maintain, and review complex financial models in Excel/Google Sheets as well as Pigment, ensuring accuracy and adaptability.
- Build, maintain, and assist with delivering management reporting, including budget vs. actual materials, dashboards, and board materials.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario planning to address evolving business needs, evaluate new marketing initiatives, and support strategic discussions.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements and automation.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical role within Finance, Consulting, Investment Banking, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and key non-GAAP metrics.
- Background in high-growth SaaS or technology companies is a strong plus, with familiarity in key SaaS metrics like ARR, churn, LTV, and CAC.
- Experience supporting a public company is a plus.
- Excellent modeling and forecasting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize competing initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to foster strong business partnerships and build alignment across teams.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning, process improvement, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, and Pigment is a plus

Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The compensation range for this position will depend on where you reside. For this role, the compensation range is:
United States
$83,000 - $128,000 USD
