We are seeking a motivated and developing HR professional to join our team as an Associate HR Business Partner, supporting our Go-To-Market (GTM) organizations. As an Associate HRBP, you will work closely with the Lead HRBP, supporting Revenue department managers. You will assist in aligning HR activities with business objectives, supporting organizational effectiveness, and contributing to a positive work environment. You will assist in partnering with subject matter experts to support the implementation of how we hire, onboard, develop, motivate, and retain talent. In our hands-on culture, you will have the opportunity to learn from and work with teams across Motive. As part of our People function, your goal is to support Motive’s organizations that drive company success.

This role requires working closely with the Lead HRBP and other departmental HRBPs in the organization. The work requires good communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative attitude. The ideal candidate is someone who is learning about employee relations, performance management, and company policies, and is interested in growing at a company expanding quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Lead and HRBP team in supporting business goals and HR strategies.
  • Support first-line managers with team building, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers on talent development and addressing employee concerns under the direction of the Lead HRBP.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Maintain approvals and data integrity in Workday and related HR systems
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team to support the implementation of programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement within Sales.
  • Carry out process and project tasks derived from HR metrics and data.
  • Support change management initiatives and projects within the Sales organization under the direction of the Lead HRBP.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Hybrid in-office at Nashville location up to 3 days per week preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of progressive HR experience or related experience.
  • Basic understanding of HR Best Practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic analytical skills and the ability to assist with data-driven insights.
  • Interest in learning about change management processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and assist with managing priorities.
