As a Sales Engineer, Commercial - Pakistan, you will be a critical technical resource supporting our Commercial sales team in Pakistan. You will work directly with customers and prospects, leveraging your technical expertise and product knowledge to understand their unique business needs and demonstrate how Motive's solutions can address their challenges. Your role will involve delivering compelling product demonstrations, designing impactful solutions, and building strong technical relationships to drive customer trust and accelerate sales growth within the Pakistani market.

What You'll Do:
Support the Commercial sales team throughout the sales cycle, including discovery calls, customized product demonstrations, technical discussions, and pilot programs.

Conduct tailored demonstrations of the Motive product offering to prospects across various roles and industries, effectively showcasing our value proposition.
Successfully match customer pain points and requirements to proposed solutions, articulating clear business benefits and return on investment.
Become a subject matter expert on Motive’s current product offering, future roadmap, and competitive landscape within the Pakistani market.

Collaborate closely with the Product Team to provide feedback from the field and assist with training on new feature releases, focusing on their unique value proposition for the sales team and customers.

Act as a technical liaison between the sales team and various internal organizations, including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Product Marketing, ensuring seamless information flow.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value and functionality of Motive's solutions.
Provide technical support during proof-of-concept and pilot phases, ensuring a smooth and successful customer experience.

What We're Looking For:
1+ years of experience working with sales prospects in a pre-sales/sales engineering capacity (SaaS and Hardware experience is a significant plus).
Bachelor's Degree required, Bachelor’s of Science preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable way.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand customer challenges and propose effective technical solutions.
Strong business acumen and the ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes.

Consistent track record of supporting the sale of complex solutions.
Experience in the Transportation & Logistics industry is a plus.
Experience supporting sales executives in a remote or off-shore capacity is beneficial.

A strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the Pakistani business environment and local customer expectations is a strong advantage.
