As a Senior Sales Role Readiness Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our new hires by delivering and optimizing our onboarding programs. You will provide coaching and training to entry and mid-level CS & Sales employees while also taking on a leadership role in refining enablement strategies, developing content, and driving continuous improvements to enhance new hire ramp time.
 
Key Responsibilities

Lead and Facilitate Sales Onboarding Programs

  • Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions to multiple cohorts of new team members throughout their ramp period.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on sales strategy, process adherence, and best practices.
  • Conduct role-plays, live coaching, and feedback sessions to reinforce learning and skill application.

Drive Program Effectiveness & Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding experience and reduce time-to-productivity.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from new hires to improve training content and delivery.
  • Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Enablement leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the Role Readiness Specialists.

Develop & Maintain Enablement Content

  • Create and refine sales enablement materials, including but not limited to:
  • Structured slide decks
  • Internal product and process one-pagers
  • Sales playbooks (excluding SOPs)
  • eLearning experiences
  • Email templates, talk tracks, and scripts
  • Role-play scenarios and facilitator guides
  • Ensure all materials are up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with sales methodologies.

Strategic Program Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the Sales Onboarding Program Manager to align on new initiatives and continuous improvements.
  • Manage facilitator requests and coordinate training schedules.
  • Support strategic onboarding projects that drive efficiency and scalability in the sales onboarding process.
  • Act as a key liaison between Sales, CS, and Enablement teams to drive alignment on new hire development.
