About the Role

Motive is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to support pipeline and revenue growth through high-impact regional programs across Mexico. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive marketer who excels at execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys partnering closely with Sales to bring field initiatives to life.
You’ll support the planning and execution of events, workshops, and localized marketing programs that engage prospects, educate customers, and strengthen Motive’s presence across key Mexican markets.

What You Will Do

  • Support on-site execution of tradeshows, in-person and virtual events, workshops, and customer activations in partnership with the Sr. Marketing Manager Mexico.
  • Manage event logistics to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for attendees and internal teams.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering regional field marketing programs — including pre-event logistics, communication, vendor management, and post-event follow-up.
  • Ensure programs align with Mexico’s regional goals and sales priorities.
  • Partner with Sales, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Marketing Ops, and external vendors to execute localized programs effectively.
  • Provide updates, recaps, and coordination support to keep all stakeholders aligned.
  • Draft clear program briefs, run-of-show documents, internal updates, and follow-up communications.
  • Support the localization of assets and messaging to ensure relevance in the Mexico market.
  • Contribute to workflow improvements, documentation, and scalable processes for Motive’s field programs in Mexico.
  • Track and report on registration, attendance, leads, MQLs, new and influenced pipeline, and ROI.
  • Use insights to help optimize and improve future programs.
  • Support budget planning, quotes, invoices, and cost tracking.
  • Manage sponsorship agreements with tradeshow organizers.
  • Coordinate vendors and agencies for various event logistics, including booth construction, venue selection, catering, signage, swag, transportation, and shipments.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B event execution — ideally in SaaS, logistics, or fast-growing tech.
  • Success supporting events or field programs that contribute to pipeline and sales enablement.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, Tableau, and/or 6sense.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Creative and resourceful problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and bias for action.
  • Clear communicator, comfortable drafting briefs, recaps, and stakeholder updates.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 40% across Mexico to support regional activations.
  • Required to be in the office 3 days per week to collaborate with local teams and support daily operations.
  • Fluency in English is required
