Business Objective of Role
- Support net-new pipeline generation from new logo accounts by executing full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns in the market, using ABM as a core strategy.
- Increase campaign effectiveness by bringing strong execution, organized operating processes, account and market research, and practical performance insights to segment priorities.
Role Responsibilities
Execute and support account-based marketing programs and demand generation campaigns
- Execute integrated ABM programs for multiple sales segments.
- Own selected ABM programs and campaign from brief creation through execution follow-up, including audience requirements, creative inputs, UAT, and stakeholder communication.
- Partner with Content Marketing, Solutions Marketing and Product Marketing to map content and messaging to buyer needs and funnel stages, identify gaps, and coordinate requests for new assets.
- Partner with Marketing Operations and Analytics to support audience segmentation, list hygiene, campaign setup, routing, and accurate campaign reporting.
Channel execution
- Partner with cross-functional teams to launch, monitor, and improve campaigns and programs across email, LinkedIn, display, content syndication, web, webinars, direct mail, and any future channels we implement.
- Own execution for select channels or activations with guidance, such as microsites, webinars, direct mail or gifting, and time-bound sales plays.
- Ensure channel execution reflects approved campaign messaging, target-account priorities, and buyer journey stages.
- Monitor channel activity and surface practical recommendations based on segment needs, buyer behavior, and campaign performance.
Campaign planning support
- Contribute to quarterly planning by gathering inputs from Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Channels, Events, Creative, Field, and other program partners.
- Support webinar topic planning, direct-mail forecasting, asset planning, and creative briefing.
- Ensure campaign timelines and deliverables are tracked, communicated, and updated as priorities change.
Reporting and optimization
- Conduct account and market research to identify audience opportunities, relevant market signals, competitive insights, and timely campaign themes.
- Troubleshoot executional roadblocks independently and escalate broader risks with clear context and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes, documentation, handoffs, calendars, and marketing resources.
- Contribute to strategic projects that support demand generation goals, marketing OKRs, and growth across the business.

Understands how campaign activity supports pipeline creation across sales segments and applies established messaging frameworks and audience insights to execution.
- User focus: Develops an understanding of audiences, account priorities, buying groups, and stakeholder needs while considering the perspectives of prospects, customers, and internal campaign partners. Uses account and market context to improve campaign relevance and timing.
- Collaboration: Builds trusted relationships and collaborates effectively with Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Content, Design, Channel, Events, Field Marketing, and other cross-functional partners. Incorporates feedback constructively and ensures reliable handoffs across marketing teams.
- Analytical thinking: Comfortable reviewing campaign and pipeline performance data, using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and Salesforce to organize information and communicate findings. Identifies trends, asks questions to understand performance drivers, and translates observations into practical recommendations with guidance.
- Problem-solving and initiative: Independently resolves execution issues, identifies root causes and operational gaps, and proactively seeks opportunities to improve campaign outcomes. Follows work through to completion and takes ownership of assigned projects and programs.
- Communication: Communicates clearly and concisely across written, verbal, and presentation formats, adapting tone, messaging, and detail for marketing, operations, and leadership audiences. Creates clear campaign briefs, status updates, program communications, and marketing resources.
Experience and Education
- Technical skills: Salesforce (highly preferred), Asana, Sendoso (or equivalent), Outreach, Goldcast, Glean
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, integrated campaigns, or a related field, preferably in technology or SaaS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Pay Transparency
Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The compensation range for this position will depend on where you reside. For this role, the compensation range is:
United States
$82,000 - $114,000 USD
