  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow-up, thoughtful preparation, and a high level of care at every interaction.
  • Use recruiting data, ATS insights, and market intelligence to measure progress, identify bottlenecks, and guide decisions with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in Greenhouse and uphold strong recruiting process and data-quality standards.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Talent, People, Finance, and business leaders to support evolving hiring needs and improve recruiting processes.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing Talent team by sharing knowledge, solving problems, and helping strengthen recruiting programs.

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience recruiting for both technical and G&A/business functions.
  • Experience recruiting in a technology, SaaS, startup, or high-growth environment.
  • A strong technical understanding of the current technology landscape and the ability to effectively assess and communicate with technical candidates and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of requisitions with varied requirements, teams, and hiring timelines.
  • Experience using Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system; strong ATS data hygiene is expected.
  • Proven sourcing expertise, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, passive-candidate engagement, utilization of AI, and creative pipeline development.
  • A track record of establishing credibility and trust with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach to ambiguous or complex recruiting challenges.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in building supportive, inclusive, and high-performing teams.
  • Flexibility, resilience, and grit to succeed in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
