Solutions include onboarding programs, leadership workshops, simulations, roundtable forums, and hybrid learning environments (virtual, blended, and in-person).
- Program Management and Operational Excellence: Own the end-to-end management of Gong’s executive development offerings, from concept through execution. Define clear success metrics, program milestones, budget management, resource allocation, and ongoing program improvements based on data-driven insights and senior leader feedback.
- Stakeholder Partnership & Advisor: Build deep, collaborative partnerships with senior executives, People Business Partners, Talent Management, and cross-functional teams to ensure executive development initiatives are deeply integrated with Gong’s culture, leadership principles, and organizational strategy.
- Measurement & Analytics: Develop and execute measurement strategies and dashboards to evaluate the impact of leadership development initiatives. Clearly communicate the return on investment through qualitative and quantitative data to inform senior leadership decisions and future program enhancements.
