DevOps Manager

We’re looking for a DevOps Manager to lead and grow a team of top-tier senior DevOps engineers responsible for building and scaling our cloud infrastructure. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role at the heart of our technology operations.

As a DevOps Manager, you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of talented DevOps engineers — empowering them to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
• Own and evolve our cloud infrastructure and tooling — including architecture, implementation, and continuous optimization.
• Drive strategy and help shape the DevOps roadmap — including backlog prioritization, long-term planning, and cross-team initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Security, Product, and other stakeholders — connecting the technical dots to the business vision.
• Ensure a secure, cost-effective, and high-performing cloud environment — with a focus on automation, reliability, and effective developer enablement.
• Lead with vision and empathy — helping your team members grow in their careers while keeping a pulse on tech trends and best practices.
• Champion automation and streamlined workflows — always striving to reduce manual toil and improve developer velocity.
  
  

You're a fit for the role if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience managing DevOps teams and are passionate about growing people and building high-performing teams.
• Bring 7+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, with a deep understanding of cloud platforms, automation, and scalable systems.
• Have solid experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) and Infrastructure as Code (Crossplane, Terraform or similar).
• Are confident in managing production-grade Kubernetes environments at scale.
• Know your way around CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and tools like ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
• Are comfortable scripting in Python and Bash, and passionate about automation and reliability engineering.
• Understand cloud security, REST-based architectures, and the fundamentals of Linux and networking.
• Communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and drive alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Want to make a meaningful impact — on people, on systems, and on the company’s success.
