We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at a pivotal time in our growth. As we expand our R&D efforts in the US, you will play a critical role in scaling our engineering, security, and product teams – with a seat at the table to influence how we attract, engage, and hire the best technical talent. From designing recruiting processes and selecting tools, to partnering with senior leaders and delivering exceptional candidate experiences, you’ll have your fingerprints on every stage of the talent journey. You’ll act as a true business partner—driving the full recruiting lifecycle while building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for R&D roles across engineering, security, and product—acting as both strategist and executor.
- Partner closely with engineering, security, and product leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and deliver top talent quickly.
- Source and engage passive candidates across front-end, back-end, cloud/SaaS/AI, field engineering, and security.
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Leverage data and market insights to advise leadership, refine recruiting processes, and inform workforce planning.
- Represent Gong’s culture and values, serving as an ambassador in every candidate interaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS, cloud, or AI-driven companies.
- Proven success hiring across engineering and security disciplines (front-end, back-end, cloud/SaaS/AI, field engineers, security).
- Strong track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to closing.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at all levels of the business.
- A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset—comfortable moving fast and adapting quickly in a scaling environment.
- Passion for creating outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences.

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $125,000 - $157,000 USD.
Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
