Senior Technical Sourcer- R&D and Product

Gong is  looking for a Senior Technical Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and take our sourcing to the next level. You’ll be responsible for building and executing creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to attract top-tier R&D talent across engineering and product roles.

This role is perfect for someone who’s tech-savvy, embraces AI and sourcing innovation, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

 

What you’ll do:

- Own end-to-end sourcing for R&D roles (Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Product, etc.)

- Use advanced sourcing techniques across platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and automation tools

- Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools and stay on top of emerging technologies to increase efficiency and reach

- Partner with recruiters, recruitment marketing, employer brand and hiring managers to define target profiles and build tailored sourcing strategies

- Contribute to employer branding and help shape how we engage technical talent in the market

- Engage passive candidates and build long-term talent pipelines for current and future roles

- Lead screening conversations to evaluate technical and cultural fit

- Track sourcing data, analyze trends, and continuously optimize efforts

 

What you bring:

- 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing (in-house), focusing on R&D/product roles – must

- Hands-on experience with sourcing automation and AI tools – strong advantage

- Proven track record in sourcing for senior and niche roles in global tech environments

- Passion for experimenting with new tools and technologies in sourcing

- Strong analytical and research skills; comfortable working with data

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, teamwork and project ownership

- Highly organized, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple pipelines and priorities simultaneously

- passionate about sourcing and candidate experience

- Fluent in Hebrew and English
