Gong is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to scale our paid search and social programs across Google, LinkedIn and Meta. As a key member of the Growth Marketing team, you’ll report to the Director of Digital Growth and collaborate with the paid social lead to drive full-funnel performance—generating pipeline, accelerating deal velocity, and uncovering new growth opportunities across priority business segments.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a deep understanding of paid search and social execution, ABM targeting, and performance optimization.
This role is based from our Dublin office and requires being on-site 3 days per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and execute paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta—from audience targeting and creative testing to optimization and reporting.
- Manage paid search in partnership with our agency, providing direction on keyword strategy, campaign structure, and efficiency improvements.
- Track and analyze performance across channels—measuring CPC, CTR, CVR, pipeline contribution, and ROAS—to inform spend and strategy.
- Use tools like Demandbase, 6sense, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to target high-priority accounts with precision.
- Launch and iterate on full-funnel campaigns aligned to segment goals (brand, demand, expansion).
- Collaborate with ABM, Content, Creative, and Sales to ensure message-market fit for custom audiences.
- Identify and operationalize test-and-learn opportunities; contribute insights to campaign recaps and readouts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6–10 years of B2B digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on paid search and paid social execution and optimization.
- Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and audience tools like Demandbase and 6sense.
- Proven ability to drive measurable results across awareness, demand, and in-funnel acceleration.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tying campaign performance to business outcomes.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with content, creative, and sales teams.
- Ability to work alongside agency partners while driving in-house strategy and accountability.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
