We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Program Director, Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up PMO Structure - Establish the governance model, project intake process, prioritization framework, and reporting standards for all Marketing projects.
- Operating Rhythm - Define and enforce the global cadence for Marketing planning, resource allocation, budgeting monitoring, and cross-functional alignment.
- Manage and maintain ongoing product launch process in close collaboration with PMM, Product, GTM, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the program manager for high-stakes, bespoke projects such as Packaging & Pricing (P&P) model changes, enterprise-level product launches, and other critical, cross-functional initiatives.
- Manage and maintain ongoing product launch process in close collaboration with PMM, Product, GTM, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
- Define and standardize the operational workflow and collaboration model between Marketing sub-teams (Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Brand, etc.).
- Simplify, not bureaucratize.
- Provide central visibility into all marketing projects (exec view, sales view, org-wide calendar).
- Standardize intake, prioritization, and reporting.
- Build repeatable templates & playbooks (kickoff docs, RACI, retros).
- Support process automation (Asana AI, dashboards)
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic program management, management consulting, or operations leadership, with significant exposure to B2B SaaS environments
- Demonstrated experience establishing and scaling a Program Management Office (PMO) from the ground up, including defining governance frameworks, intake processes, prioritization models, and reporting standards
- Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from conception through execution, with demonstrated ability to influence and drive action across all organizational levels—from individual contributors to C-suite executives
- Strong proficiency in program management frameworks, methodologies, and platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet), with ability to architect scalable processes, build operational playbooks, and implement automation to drive efficiency
- Analytical mindset with experience translating data into actionable insights; proficiency with business intelligence platforms (Tableau, Looker, or similar) and marketing analytics tools to provide executive-level visibility and reporting
- Strategic understanding of marketing operations, including familiarity with marketing technology stacks, cross-functional workflows between marketing sub-teams, and key performance metrics that drive business outcomes
- Self-directed leader who excels in dynamic, high-growth environments and demonstrates comfort navigating ambiguity while building infrastructure, templates, and repeatable frameworks
- Exceptional organizational acumen with demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple high-stakes initiatives simultaneously with rigorous attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred
- Prior experience managing programs in a global capacity is highly valued

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $153,000 - $227,000 USD.
Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
