We’re seeking a highly motivated, Senior Product Designer to play a key role in designing, exploring, and continually delivering innovative solutions and experiences.

If you have a passion for creating innovative products and thrive on identifying and solving user needs, we want you!

You will: 

• Drive the user experience and design for one of Gong’s key product areas
• Develop concepts by brainstorming ideas and creating wireframes.
• Deliver detailed design.
• Act as the user advocate by applying design principles to create intelligent, cutting-edge and user-centered digital experiences.
• Work together with the product team and engineers to bring these experiences to life.
• Help develop, manage, and refine UI pattern libraries and guidelines.

You should apply if you are: 

• Someone with 5+ years of experience designing flows, experiences, and UI for web and mobile products, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
• Proficient in both rapid and high-fidelity prototyping tools, and able to deliver designs that are clear, intuitive and easy-to-understand.
• A highly creative self-starter who can balance big picture thinking with strong attention to detail.
• A skilled problem solver, who can research and understand complex problems and deliver elegant and simple solutions.
• Passionate about developing exceptional UX that creates raving fans.
• Familiar and experienced with user research methodologies and testing practices.
• Proficient with Figma and other design tools - an advantage.
• Educated in a relevant discipline such as Design, Human Factors Engineering, or Cognitive/Applied Psychology– (an advantage).
• A team player with great interpersonal skills.
• An excellent communicator, with strong presentation, and organizational skills.
• Someone with a high level of verbal and written English.
• Able to present a portfolio of recent work.
