At Gong, you will join a company built on innovative products, ambitious goals, and passionate people. We are shaping the future of revenue intelligence and we want people who are excited to build what comes next. You will work with a team that dreams big, moves fast, and cares deeply about the craft and about each other. Here, transparency and trust are core to how we operate, and every person has the opportunity to make a visible impact. If you want to grow, stretch, and do work that truly matters, Gong is the place to do the best work of your career.

As an Enterprise Account Executive on our New Logo team, you'll be responsible for driving net-new customer acquisition within the Enterprise segment, focused exclusively on Gong's Foundations product. You'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — in greenfield territory, establishing Gong as the Revenue Intelligence platform of record for organizations that aren't yet customers.

This is a hunting role. You'll be measured on new logos landed, not expansion or renewal, and you'll partner closely with SDR, Sales Engineering, and Marketing to build pipeline in accounts with no existing Gong footprint.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive new business growth within a dedicated greenfield territory of mid-sized, scaling companies (roughly 1,000–5,000 employees), managing the full cycle from lead generation to close
  • Develop and execute account-based prospecting strategies to build a pipeline of net-new logos, driving the majority of opportunities through self-sourced activity
  • Position Gong Foundations as a strategic entry point into the Revenue Intelligence category, articulating clear ROI and value to economic buyers and senior stakeholders
  • Build tailored account plans identifying key decision-makers, buying processes, and competitive landscape for each target account
  • Partner with SDR, Sales Engineering, and Marketing to align outbound strategy and account coverage
  • Utilize MEDDPICC or a similarly rigorous value-based selling methodology to navigate complex enterprise buying cycles
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in Gong/CRM
  • Consistently meet or exceed new logo acquisition and quota targets
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2–5 years of closing experience, with 0-1 years selling in an Enterprise motion (organizations with 1,000+ employees)
  • Demonstrated track record of new business generation — not primarily account management or expansion
  • Experience selling a platform or category-creating solution, ideally where budget/urgency isn't already established (demand creation vs. fulfillment)
  • Proven success against quota (President's Club, Rep of the Year, or similar recognition)
  • Excellent discovery skills — able to quickly surface the single issue a prospect cares about most
  • Experience selling to senior leaders such as the C-Suite, CROs, and other key go-to-market stakeholders within enterprise organizations
  • Hunter mentality with a passion, and demonstrated success, for prospecting and securing new logos across new categories
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and present them in an approachable and engaging way
  • Experience with Gong.io is preferred but not required
PERKS & BENEFITS
  • We offer Gongsters a variety of medical, dental, and vision plans, designed to fit you and your family’s needs.
  • Wellbeing Fund - flexible wellness stipend to support a healthy lifestyle.
  • Mental Health benefits with covered therapy and coaching.
  • 401(k) program to help you invest in your future.
  • Education & learning stipend for personal growth and development.
  • Flexible vacation time to promote a healthy work-life blend.
  • Paid parental leave to support you and your family.
  • Company-wide recharge days each quarter.
  • Work from home stipend to help you succeed in a remote environment.

The annual OTE for this position is $210,000.
