What You’ll Do:

  • Inspire and guide educators to push boundaries and unlock student potential.
  • Provide consistent coaching and feedback to teachers. 
  • Drive curriculum design and champion instructional excellence.
  • Harness technology and AI to deliver next-level learning experiences.
  • Lead the charge in fostering a school culture that’s as supportive as it is ambitious.
  • Collaborate with students, families, and staff to ensure every child thrives.

Who You Are:

  • A high-energy leader who thrives on empowering others.
  • Passionate about merging education and technology to create something extraordinary.
  • Proven experience in teaching or leadership for grades 6-12.
  • Master’s degree in Education or related fields (preferred).
  • NYS School Leadership Certification (or eager to get it).

Compensation

School Leadership roles start out at $85,000; exact compensation will vary based on experience, education, and prorated pending start date.
