Job Title: District Sales Manager – Landscaping Services (Missouri)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across multiple landscaping and lawn care locations throughout Missouri. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening client relationships. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the landscaping industry, a proven track record in B2B sales management, and the leadership skills to inspire and guide a team of sales and account professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Business Growth

  • Drive revenue and market share growth across assigned territories by setting and executing strategic sales plans.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and local market intelligence.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotions aligned with business goals.

  • Analyze sales trends, customer data, and market dynamics to adjust strategy and target high-value opportunities.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives and account managers across multiple locations.

  • Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.

  • Promote a culture of high performance, accountability, and customer-centric selling.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key commercial and residential clients.

  • Oversee client onboarding, contract negotiation, and service agreement renewals.

  • Handle escalated issues with a customer-first approach to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Collaboration & Operations Support

  • Partner with district operations teams to align service delivery with customer expectations and sales promises.

  • Participate in regular cross-functional meetings to streamline communication between sales, field teams, and management.

Financial & Sales Performance Management

  • Set district sales targets and manage performance against goals.

  • Track KPIs including revenue growth, client retention, conversion rates, and pipeline activity.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for executive leadership.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a District Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or similar role in a service-based industry (landscaping/lawn care highly preferred).

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in B2B sales and account growth, with the ability to close deals and manage high-value client relationships.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and data-driven sales strategy.

  • Solid understanding of pricing structures, proposals, and contract management.

  • Ability to travel throughout Missouri as needed.

  • Valid driver's license required.
