The Opportunity
We’re looking for a high-impact Product Manager, Growth to lead optimization across our acquisition funnels from landing page to checkout. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach, driving conversion, and ensuring every touchpoint on our site effectively introduces parents to the Good Inside experience.
As the owner of our growth funnels, you’ll partner with a dynamic cross-functional team to develop and execute data-driven strategies that convert curiosity into commitment. This role reports to the Senior Product Manager, Growth, and is a hybrid role with three days a week onsite at our office in Midtown Manhattan.
What You’ll Own
- Own and optimize the end-to-end site experience, from landing page through checkout, to drive acquisition of the Good Inside membership.
- Partner cross functionally with Marketing, Social, Partnerships, and Brand teams to align growth strategies and maximize impact.
- Design and analyze experiments that uncover actionable insights and inform future growth opportunities.
- Monitor funnel performance and user behavior to identify friction points and prioritize high-leverage improvements.
- Define and manage analytics requirements, ensuring all growth initiatives are accurately tracked and measured.
- Establish ambitious KPIs and relentlessly track progress against goals.
- Present clear, compelling growth insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Stay on the cutting edge of growth strategies and technologies, always looking for new ways to expand reach and improve conversion.
Your Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of proven success in growth and product management in consumer tech
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition and conversion growth through data-driven experimentation.
- Deep understanding of funnel optimization, conversion best practices, and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with growth tools, analytics platforms, and experimentation frameworks.
- Sharp analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience leading high-impact acquisition campaigns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, clear, and action-oriented.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent project management skills
- Results-oriented with a hunger for achieving and exceeding targets
