Integrated Project Manager
Who We Are
Good Inside is redefining parenting - not as something that should “just come naturally,” but as a skill to learn and practice. Founded by Dr. Becky Kennedy and Dr. Erica Belsky, we combine sturdy leadership with innovative technology to give parents personalized guidance, AI-powered support, and a global community.
Our mission: help parents raise resilient, confident kids in a changing world. We’ve already reached millions, and we’re just getting started. We’re refining our product and expanding our reach to empower even more families.
We’re looking for bold, high-ownership problem-solvers who want to build something new, tackle big challenges, and be at the forefront of change.
The Opportunity
We're hiring an Integrated Project Manager to be the connective tissue across Marketing, Content, and Product - three functions that intersect with nearly every initiative we run. You're not just tracking tasks; you're building the conditions for great work to happen on time, in the right order, with the right people in the room.
You'll own the planning infrastructure that keeps our most complex, cross-functional initiatives moving - from pre-launch campaigns to product rollouts to editorial calendars. You understand that workflows are only as good as the humans using them, and you know how to get buy-in from teams with different working styles, priorities, and definitions of "done."
This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days per week in our Midtown Manhattan office.
What You’ll Own
- Own the integrated project plan spanning Marketing, Content, and Product - ensuring workstreams are sequenced correctly and dependencies are surfaced before they become blockers
- Help lead kickoffs, working sessions, and milestone check-ins; build attendee lists that reflect who actually needs to be in the room
- Maintain and evolve Good Inside's project management infrastructure in Notion, keeping tickets current, templates consistent, and views actionable
- Create repeatable playbooks for recurring initiative types - product launches, campaign rollouts, content calendars - so the team isn't reinventing the wheel each cycle
- Drive accountability across teams without direct authority; get people to update their Notion tickets, flag blockers early, and meet their deadlines
- Ensure the right pieces talk to each other at the right time - content briefed before design starts, copy approved before dev builds, QA complete before launch
- Identify friction in existing systems and propose improvements; you care about the process, not just the output
- Communicate project status clearly to senior stakeholders, translating complexity into clean, actionable updates
Your Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of project management or program coordination experience, ideally within a marketing, media, or consumer product environment
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
- Hands-on proficiency with Notion (or a comparable PM tool) - you don't just use it, you help others use it better
- Familiarity with brand standards; you catch inconsistencies in tone, visuals, or messaging and know how to flag them constructively across teams
- A systems-oriented mind paired with strong interpersonal skills; the best process is the one people actually follow, and you know how to build both
- High ownership, low ego: you're energized by being the person who makes everyone else more effective
- Strong written and verbal communication - clear briefs, tight status updates, candid recaps
- Comfort managing ambiguity; this role will evolve as the company does, and you'll help shape it
- Nice to have: experience in DTC, membership, or subscription businesses; familiarity with editorial planning or performance marketing workflows
What We Offer
- Compensation: Annual salary for this role will be $125,000 - $135,000
- Company Equity
- Comprehensive benefits package
- 401k + Company match
- Time off to recharge
- Hybrid work environment
- A high-ownership, high-performance, high-collaboration culture
