What you’ll be doing

• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to optimize gameplay mechanics, user experience, and monetization models
• Develop and maintain player segmentation tools and strategies for personalized offers and engagement
• Track and evaluate core KPIs (DAU, retention, ARPU, LTV) through well-structured dashboards and reports
• Act as the data partner for multiple teams (Product, Growth, Marketing), providing insights that shape roadmaps
• Comfortably manage multiple priorities with minimal guidance, adapting quickly to changing business needs

Desired skills and experiences

• 1+ year experience in data analysis, gaming, e-commerce, or digital products
• Familiarity with monetization models, player segmentation, and in-game economy
• Advanced SQL skills
• Python or R is a plus
• Experience in A/B testing methodologies
• Skilled in predictive analytics and modeling
• Ability to separate correlation from causation and manage biases in data
• Passion for gaming

This is an on-site role in Istanbul, Sarıyer. Unfortunately, we do not offer a fully-remote working option.
