About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced, driven, and highly capable Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Asia. You’ll play a critical role in driving hiring excellence across our Engineering teams, working closely with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates globally.

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll manage complex recruitment processes, navigate technical roles, and act as a trusted partner to hiring teams, ensuring exceptional candidate experiences and consistently high-quality outcomes. This is the role for you if you're excited to:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Software Engineering roles across Goodnotes, partnering closely with global hiring teams and technical stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for hiring managers, providing expert guidance on recruitment strategy, interview design, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation.
  • Drive recruitment processes proactively, ensuring hiring managers and interviewers deliver timely feedback, maintaining high-quality candidate experiences.
  • Identify, attract, and secure highly specialized technical talent, demonstrating deep technical understanding and credibility.
  • Regularly analyze hiring processes, recommending improvements and implementing changes to streamline workflows and achieve hiring goals efficiently.
  • Partner closely with Talent leadership and People Operations to align recruitment strategies with organizational growth plans.

The skills you'll need to be successful:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally with a focus on Software Engineering, Data Scientist, Software Infrastructure, or related complex technical roles.
  • Strong familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS), Slack, LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate confidently with engineers and executives alike.
  • Deep technical recruitment acumen; comfortable engaging candidates and stakeholders in detailed conversations about engineering, infrastructure, and machine learning concepts.
  • Exceptionally organized, capable of independently managing multiple complex recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Resilient and adaptable, comfortable navigating challenges and ambiguity inherent in technical hiring.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences, actively demonstrating empathy, practicality, and professionalism at all stages of recruitment.

Interview Process:

  1. Introductory call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. We want to learn more about your background, what excites you about this role, and why you’d like to join Goodnotes.
  2. In-depth interview with Talent Acquisition and Technical stakeholders to discuss your experience, skills, and approach to recruitment.
  3. Panel Interview with Talent team members and hiring managers.
  4. Final Interview with the Hiring Manager.
