About the Role

As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our rapidly expanding Customer Experience team. You will assess patient needs, address customer questions, and work with other departments to enhance our services and strengthen brand recognition. Your contributions will be essential as we develop the systems and processes that propel Good Pill forward!

In this role, you will be responsible for…

  • Taking a lead in enhancing the customer experience by efficiently addressing patient account concerns.
  • Managing a large volume of calls, emails, and messages while delivering outstanding service.
  • Supporting patients by answering their questions and helping them navigate our website, app, and account systems.
  • Partnering with the data team to refine systems and improve data collection from customer interactions.
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of Good Pill and our offerings to provide effective patient support.

  • You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer success or support. Bonus points if you have knowledge of prescription medications and previous experience working in a pharmacy.

  • You’re dedicated and reliable. This full-time position requires 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6 pm. You must consistently perform at a high level and always be punctual.

  • Physical requirements: Able to frequently stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, squat and use light/fine grasping. Able to frequently sit and stand, reach above shoulders, perform desk based computer tasks, write by hand, lift, carry, push, stack, and pull objects that weigh up to 40 pounds.
