About the Role
As a Pharmacy Technician II + Customer Support, you’ll play a vital role on a mission-driven team that’s rethinking how pharmacy care is delivered. This unique role combines prescription fulfillment responsibilities with patient-facing support, giving you the opportunity to both prepare medications and connect directly with patients to ensure they have a smooth, supportive experience.
You’ll work behind the scenes to manage incoming medication orders, maintain inventory, and fill prescriptions with precision. You’ll also be part of our Patient Navigation team—responding to patient questions, resolving account issues, and helping patients navigate our systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for…
- Handling incoming medication orders with precision, selecting the correct medication from our extensive inventory of donated drugs.
- Accurately filling prescriptions by repackaging donated drugs from unit-dose packaging into patient vials.
- Overseeing inventory management, including removing expired products, updating inventory software with new items, and ordering essential supplies such as vials and envelopes.
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, text, and email, providing guidance and troubleshooting account or medication issues
- Assist patients with account setup and ordering, ensuring they understand our services and can navigate our online tools
- Assisting with various administrative and operational tasks as needed.
We’re excited about you because…
- You share our passion for revolutionizing pharmacy services in Georgia, leveraging technology to build scalable solutions that put families' health first.
- You bring at least 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a high-energy retail setting.
You are excellent at providing customer service and communicating via phone, text and email.
- You’re excited to be part of a startup team, thriving in a fast-paced environment while driving process improvements and embracing technology to boost efficiency.
- You’re technology proficient. You have experience using different pharmacy software, customer management platforms, and GSuite and you can easily navigate and troubleshoot.
- You’re reliable and dedicated. This full-time role requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:30am-6pm. Consistent, punctual attendance and a commitment to high performance are essential.
