ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you ready to channel your inner Tony Stark and take our growth marketing to superhero status? If you’ve got the creativity of a viral TikTok and the analytical skills of Sherlock Holmes, we want you to join our crew and make marketing magic as the Growth Marketing Manager.
We’re seeking a dynamic individual who’s ready to elevate our brand and drive our growth strategy. You’ll be the mastermind behind innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our community and amplify our presence. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee paid acquisition strategic initiatives and monitor performance across direct to consumer channels
- Utilize data-driven marketing strategies to optimize and grow our revenue, user base, and brand presence
- Perform in-depth analysis of user data and metrics to optimize growth campaigns
- Work cross functionally to ensure campaigns are executed from brief to completion
- Build tracking and share key growth KPIs regularly, ensuring accountability of overall acquisition performance
- Use insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI
- Monitors campaigns and creates insightful reporting and analytics to evaluate outcomes
- Ensure product requests create meaningful differentiation and drive business growth
- This role is in the Consumer Marketing Department and will report directly to the SVP of Marketing
- Perform other related duties as assigned
ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- May or may not have a degree...we don’t care (bonus points for Basset Hound Science or Dinosaur Law)
- Loves everything above
- Asks a lot of questions
- 5+ years experience in growth marketing or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of paid media and sales acquisition strategies
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Insanely data driven and excellent analytical skills
- Dependable with the willingness to take the initiative to work collaboratively and with a sense of urgency
- A rockstar problem solver who can coordinate multiple departments and hold teams accountable
- Loves the work more than a paycheck
- Loves getting and giving feedback
- Is into personal growth
- Thinks Fun is being great (not partying)
- Is proactive and an independent problem solver! (Can you google a question?)
