Goods & Services is looking for a Delivery Project Manager to drive the Goods and Services, Client, and Vendor teams (UX, Business, Tech and QA) to deliver customer solutions, with a proven track record and thorough understanding of the Agile development process, delivering complex enterprise grade applications, digital channels, and middleware.
Location: Greenville, SC. Hybrid position.
Candidates must have availability to travel to Mexico.
What you’ll do:
- Provide senior leadership (Customer and Company) direction to program management activities, including major organizational transformation efforts; provide and maintain best practices for communication on the program.
- Analyze and evaluate proposals for scope of related work; determine the feasibility of proposals and provide or evaluate cost-benefit analysis as appropriate.
- Demonstrate an advanced competency in business analysis and organizational change management with ability to work with R&D, IT and the business.
- May serve as a member of the senior leadership team; participate in thought leadership with decision-makers.
- Lead integrated logistics support and/or quality assurance activities.
- Develop, monitor, implement, effectively report and communicate budget(s) for the program's operation. Including management of customer changes, impact analysis and change order management.
- Participate in the strategic planning process and provide input to strategic decisions makers and stake holders driving outcomes for the business.
- Conduct staff recruitment, selection, and evaluation as necessary.
- Lead and manage client projects within the program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for initiatives, including setting goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Prepare and present regular reports on program progress, findings, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
- Oversee all Program activities. Collaborating with key stakeholders to determine relevant in-scope controls, to identifying significant changes that warrant customer approval, budget changes, etc.
- Develop and maintain the program schedule against budget and requirements.
- Collaborate with a range of stakeholders from R&D, IT, Business to individual contributors and Third-Party consultancies.
- Identify Program Gaps and risk with mitigation plans.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Comp Science or Business major with tech minor.
- 10+ years of job-related experience.
- Hands on PM who focus on the details, chase down issues and resolve next steps, manage RAID logs, develop project risk mitigations, triage and manage closure of defects in the defect lifecycle.
- Create project plan, actively control and manage scope.
- Plan, execute, and manage client communications, including executive level.
- Accountability for planning and delivery of projects, across the full lifecycle in a highly agile and collaborative environment.
- Experience with Agile Process and ceremony, including Backlog grooming, Release planning, Sprint Planning, Estimation, Daily standup, Sprint demos, and Retrospectives.
- Manage client and third-party dependencies.
- Hands on experience with CI/CD, DevOps.
- Hands on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Project and Visio.
- Promote and participate in the continuous improvement of structure, processes, and tooling to enable the teams to deliver more value.
- Financial services experience (Banking, Insurance, Loan Management).
- Proven track record and ability to build business relationships and mentoring client.
- Can work independently, excellent communication skills (oral and written, continuous learner).
Nice to have:
- Master’s degree.
- Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Certification.
- Healthcare or Medtech experience.
- IT Project management experience.
- Proficient in Spanish.
