Goods & Services is looking for a Strategic Business Development Hunter who is a senior leader responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. This individual will serve as a key partner to the CGO and executive leadership, bringing a consultative mindset to build a convertible pipeline, shape high-value solutions, and align go-to-market strategies with broader corporate objectives. The job requires a blend of business development expertise, strategic thinking, and deep familiarity with digital and business transformation, design, and consulting services.

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities 

Additional Aspects 

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing and closing high-value opportunities by leveraging our end-to-end service offerings as a design-led consultancy
  • Present, promote, and sell digital and business transformation services to net-new prospects 
  • Perform needs analysis to understand client requirements and collaborate with engineers, designers, and product teams to provide tailored solutions 
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events 
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and enterprise decision-makers to exhibit expertise 
  • Manage client relationships at the solution area/buying center level 
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within established timelines 
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities and transaction details in CRM 
  • Facilitate collaboration with the partner ecosystem 

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in business development, digital consulting, or strategic growth roles, ideally within a digital consultancy, agency or professional services firm 
  • Proven track record in scoping and closing multimillion-dollar deals and expanding client relationships 
  • Deep experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across delivery, product and marketing 
  • Demonstrated success in design-led solutioning, client strategy, and go-to-market enablement 
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity, with a strong ability to synthesize market signals into actionable strategies 
  • Polished communicator with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills 
  • Experienced in partnership development, sales enablement, and strategic planning at the executive level 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy or a related field 

 This role requires ability to travel within US
