Senior Demand Generation Manager

GoodUnited is a fundraising software that helps nonprofits harness the power of Social Networks, offering a solution that simplifies lead generation, automates supporter engagement, and maximizes fundraising revenue.

We’re looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager who is equal parts growth strategist and AI-native operator to lead digital acquisition and funnel optimization at a fast-moving B2B SaaS company.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll use a blend of AI tools, marketing automation, and website optimization platforms to drive measurable pipeline. You’ll focus on increasing and converting website traffic through SEO, SEM, paid media, content creation, and conversion rate optimization, using tools like HubSpot and Webflow to execute campaigns end-to-end.

You’ll report directly to our U.S.-based Director of Growth and collaborate across content, outbound, and sales to build and scale an integrated funnel that drives revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Own digital demand generation: Design and optimize acquisition strategies across SEO, SEM, paid social, and website CRO
  • Run campaigns with HubSpot: Build, launch, and optimize lead nurturing workflows, landing pages, and email campaigns within HubSpot
  • Optimize the site with Webflow: Use Webflow to launch and test landing pages, run experiments, and execute web changes without dev support
  • Automate with AI: Use tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, Copy.ai, and Zapier to scale content, run experiments, and accelerate execution
  • Fuel performance with content: Leverage AI to create, repurpose, and test high-converting copy across landing pages, paid ads, email, and blog
  • Improve conversion rates: Build lead capture experiences, optimize funnel steps, and test variations to improve MQL-to-SQL velocity
  • Measure what matters: Use GA4, HubSpot, and other reporting tools to track performance, attribute revenue, and make data-informed decisions
  • Collaborate across functions: Align with outbound, sales, and product marketing teams to build unified demand strategies

What You Bring

  • 5+ years experience in demand generation or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven use of AI tools to automate and scale marketing execution
  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot for automation, segmentation, lead scoring, and analytics
  • Experience building and updating websites in Webflow
  • Performance mindset and ability to own end-to-end KPIs (traffic, CPL, MQLs, conversions)
  • Strong written English and content creation chops—comfortable using AI to assist
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited to build processes that scale

Nice to Have

  • Experience working remotely with U.S.-based teams
  • Familiarity with paid platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience running ABM campaigns or supporting outbound demand gen
  • Strong grasp of funnel math, attribution models, and full-funnel measurement
