Who You Are
Media Coordinators provide crucial support to our media activation team by assisting in the implementation planning, execution, reporting, and analysis of digital media campaigns. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in digital advertising and the opportunity to grow and develop skills within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What You'll do
Digital Media Campaign Support:
- Assist in the setup of campaigns across all paid media channels, including programmatic, search and social.
- Help gather data to support campaign targeting and optimization efforts.
- Support the setup and maintenance of digital advertising accounts and campaigns, including ad creation, keyword research, and audience targeting.
- Assist with pixel placement, creative trafficking, and monitoring campaign implementation. Where dynamic creative is in use, aid in the setup, QA, and management of dynamic tools.
- Support QA and auditing of campaigns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Assist in tracking and reporting key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile data for analysis, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct competitive research and stay updated on industry trends to contribute ideas and suggestions for campaign enhancements.
Coordination & Organization:
- Collaborate with Media Managers across a defined business segment or region, assisting in the development and implementation of digital media campaigns across platforms including search engines, social media, display networks, and programmatic advertising.
- Support the creation and scheduling of media activation plans, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
- Help coordinate and organize assets, materials, and documentation related to digital media campaigns.
- Build an understanding of all necessary systems and platforms within each channel, as well as Goodway-specific systems (e.g., Smartguard, Goodlook).
- Be resourceful when navigating new systems or constraints by asking clarifying questions and proposing workable solutions.
- Balance and prioritize requests based on priority and complexity.
What You Bring
- Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data validation) and project management platforms (Monday.com, Jira, etc.).
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to QA your own work thoroughly.
- Prior experience organizing and managing digital assets (creative trafficking or production experience a plus).
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to bring structure to complex workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Familiarity with digital campaign execution or eCommerce is a plus.
