They serve as both a hands-on creative leader and an evangelist for how AI can elevate craft, speed, and impact, ensuring the studio's output stays ahead of the curve without losing sight of story, brand, and quality.

What you’ll do:

Team Leadership & Creative Direction

  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of designers and video editors, providing clear creative direction, feedback, and career development.
  • Review and approve creative work to ensure it meets brand, quality, and strategic standards before it reaches the Sr. Director, Creative Intelligence Studio or client.
  • Balance workload and resourcing across design and video projects to protect quality and deadlines.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing studio culture that blends craft excellence with speed and experimentation.

Creative AI & Innovation (Creative Intelligence)

  • Serve as the team's lead advocate and expert for creative AI platforms (generative image and video tools, AI-assisted editing, creative automation), identifying and piloting new tools that improve quality, speed, or scale.
  • Build and document AI-enhanced creative workflows that integrate into existing production pipelines without compromising craft or brand integrity.
  • Champion Creative Intelligence as a discipline — pairing AI capability with data and audience insight to make creative smarter, not just faster.
  • Train and upskill designers and editors on AI tools and workflows, building internal fluency and confidence.
  • Stay ahead of the creative AI landscape, evaluating emerging platforms and bringing recommendations to the Sr. Director, Creative Intelligence Studio.

Storytelling & Creative Connectivity

  • Push the creative product beyond isolated assets toward connected, narrative-driven storytelling across formats and channels.
  • Partner with strategy, copy, and account teams to ensure design and video work is grounded in a clear story and consistent through-line.
  • Elevate the visual and narrative craft of design and video deliverables, raising the bar for what “on-brand” and “on-strategy” look like.

Process & Production Excellence

  • Own day-to-day production workflows for the design and video teams, ensuring efficient handoffs, feedback loops, and delivery timelines.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline production through AI and automation without sacrificing creative quality.
  • Maintain consistent creative and brand standards across all design and video output.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Act as a key partner to the Sr. Director, Creative Intelligence Studio in shaping enterprise-wide creative strategy, representing the design and video disciplines specifically.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI, copywriting, and project management peers to ensure integrated, cohesive creative output.
  • Present creative work and AI-driven innovations to internal stakeholders and, as needed, clients.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of creative experience with a strong foundation in design (graphic design, art direction, or brand design); video editing/production experience a plus.
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring designers and/or video editors.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI and creative AI platforms (e.g., Claude, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar), with a track record of applying them to real production workflows.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design craft, storytelling, and conceptual thinking.
  • Ability to balance innovation with brand consistency and production discipline.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable presenting ideas and rationale to leadership and clients.
  • Curiosity and adaptability, genuinely excited by emerging tools and unafraid to test, learn, and iterate.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
