Who You Are 

Goodway Group is seeking a highly organized, collaborative and resourceful Marketing & Growth Manager to support the development, organization and effective use of our marketing content and business development materials.

This role will help build and maintain a centralized knowledge management system for case studies, pitch materials, thought leadership, presentations, white papers and other marketing collateral. You will also support new business pitches by helping teams identify the right stories, proof points and capabilities for each opportunity.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will partner closely with the Director of New Business, Marketing, Business Development, subject matter experts and leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller and project manager who can bring structure to a large volume of information and turn Goodway Group’s expertise into clear, compelling materials.

What You Will Do 

Marketing Content and Knowledge Management

  • Audit an and organize Goodway Group’s existing case studies, pitch materials, presentations, white papers, POVs, credentials content, research and other marketing collateral.
  • Build and maintain a centralized library of marketing and business development content.
  • Establish clear tagging, categorization, naming and version-control standards so materials are easy to find and reuse.
  • Organize content by industry, capability, service, client challenge, business outcome, audience and use case.
  • Help evaluate and implement the right platform and structure for Goodway Group’s content and knowledge management system.
  • Establish repeatable processes for submitting, reviewing, updating, approving and retiring content.
  • Develop internal resources such as content inventories, capability summaries, pitch libraries and reference guides.
  • Identify content gaps and recommend new materials to support marketing and growth priorities.

Case Studies and Client Storytelling

  • Partner with Marketing, New Business and subject matter experts to develop case studies that demonstrate how Goodway Group has solved client challenges.
  • Translate complex work into clear, compelling stories that highlight the client’s goals, Goodway Group’s approach and the resulting business impact.
  • Make the client the hero of every story while clearly communicating Goodway Group’s contribution and expertise.
  • Develop case studies and supporting materials for situations where client names, logos or specific details cannot be disclosed.
  • Gather information through interviews, existing documentation, performance data and internal research.
  • Maintain a current library of approved case studies, proof points and client success stories.
  • Establish a recurring process with client and capability teams to surface new wins, proof points, innovation stories and measurable outcomes before they are lost or become difficult to reconstruct.

New Business and Growth Support

  • Support pitch decks, RFP responses, credentials presentations, one-pagers and other new business materials.
  • Partner with the Director of New Business and pitch teams to understand each opportunity, audience, business challenge and required response.
  • Identify and adapt relevant case studies, capabilities, proof points and thought leadership for specific prospects and pitch narratives.
  • Review existing materials for relevance, accuracy, clarity, consistency and quality.
  • Support the development of repeatable pitch resources, templates and “pitch lab” materials.
  • Help teams work more efficiently by making relevant content easier to find and reuse.
  • Establish a post-pitch process to capture, evaluate and repurpose strong new materials, narratives, research and proof points created during new business pursuits so they become reusable organizational assets

Content and Thought Leadership Support

  • Support the development of white papers, POVs, playbooks, research summaries and other thought leadership content.
  • Repurpose existing content into presentations, social content, sales enablement materials and other formats.
  • Work with subject matter experts to clarify complex ideas and develop accessible, audience-focused narratives.
  • Apply strong editorial judgment to structure, edit and improve content.
  • Use Canva, PowerPoint, AI-enabled tools and other resources to create and refine content.

Marketing Operations and Collaboration

  • Manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines across Marketing and New Business.
  • Create project plans, timelines and status updates for content and pitch-related work.
  • Coordinate feedback and approvals across teams.
  • Maintain clear documentation and communicate proactively as priorities or requirements change.
  • Build strong working relationships across Goodway Group and contribute to a collaborative, “we” culture.
  • Bring a practical, can-do approach to ambiguous projects and evolving processes.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, agency marketing, new business, proposals, sales enablement, marketing operations, communications or a related field.
  • Experience supporting pitches, RFPs, proposals, credentials presentations or other growth-related materials.
  • Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across departments without direct authority
  • Demonstrated experience developing case studies, customer stories, white papers, POVs, presentations or similar content.
  • Strong writing, editing, storytelling and project management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing a large volume of information.
  • Experience creating or maintaining content libraries, knowledge bases, asset repositories or other structured information systems.
  • Ability to understand complex services and client work and translate them into clear, compelling stories.
  • Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with content management, knowledge management or digital asset management platforms.
  • Strong judgment and an understanding of what makes marketing content useful, credible and persuasive.
  • Collaborative, flexible and willing to take ownership in a developing function.
  • Curiosity about advertising, marketing, media, commerce, technology and business growth.
