About You
You are a creative and detail-oriented copywriter with a passion for beauty, wellness, and lifestyle storytelling. You excel at crafting compelling product copy, marketing copy, and social content that resonates with consumers and aligns with the brand voice. Balancing creativity and strategy comes naturally to you, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can manage multiple projects at once.
About the Role
The copywriter will play a key role in developing engaging, on-brand copy for product pages, product launches, marketing campaigns, and social media channels. This role requires a skilled writer who can blend creativity with a deep understanding of the fashion, beauty, and wellness spaces, translating product features into compelling claims that drive conversion and customer engagement.
Responsibilities include:
- Write a high volume of product copy for fashion, beauty, and wellness products, including product descriptions and packaging text.
- Write marketing and advertising copy for campaigns, email newsletters, and landing pages.
- Develop social media copy that captures the brand voice and engages the audience.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including design, marketing, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of copywriting experience, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or wellness industries.
- Proven track record of writing compelling product copy and marketing copy.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
FAQ
- Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 + Equity. This is a full-time, exempt role. Please note that this range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for the Los Angeles–based position. Goop, in good faith, reasonably expects to pay the position within this salary range. Goop provides the salary range in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, training, knowledge and skills, and if the location of the job changes.
