  • Identify root causes of recurring distribution failures and implement corrective action plans.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to improve supply chain efficiency and scalability.
  • Prepare regular operational summaries for senior leadership on distribution performance, risks, and initiatives.

What Good Looks Like

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

  • Lead with clarity and accountability — your team knows exactly what success looks like and has the tools and support to achieve it.
  • Build and maintain strong, performance-oriented relationships with carriers and logistics partners.
  • Anticipate supply chain disruptions and respond with solutions before they impact restaurant operations.
  • Balance day-to-day execution with a forward-looking mindset, continuously looking for ways to reduce cost and improve service.
  • Communicate proactively with cross-functional partners in purchasing, operations, and finance to keep the supply chain aligned.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
