Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement standard program templates for project robots, set up and calibrate welding guns, grippers, and other auxiliary equipment to meet company and customer standards.
• Verify offline robot programs and perform teaching to ensure optimal robot trajectories and meet cycle requirements.
• Optimize robot logic programs and ensure they meet company and customer standards.
• Perform basic debugging of robot welding, riveting, hemming, arc welding, and gluing processes, feedback and track process quality issues, assist process quality engineers in outputting quality improvement cases to meet process quality requirements.
• Complete tasks assigned by leadership and other related work.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in basic robot teaching and debugging.
• Proficient in at least one mainstream brand of robots, with debugging experience in multiple complex welding line projects, over 5 years of project experience, including at least 1 year of robot production support experience.
• Proficient in logic programming for at least one mainstream brand of robots.
• Proficient in hardware selection for project robots, with pre-project technical clarification abilities.
• Capable of developing and implementing cycle improvement plans.
• Capable of debugging robot process quality improvements.
