Founder, Sales
Vector is looking for distribution-led founders with direct experience in sales who are interested in owning and operating their own software business.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Direct experience generating demand and closing revenue
- Previous experience as an Account Executive, Sales Development Representative, or Sales Director
- Proven success with outbound sales
- Strong motivation to build and own a business long term
- The ability to operate independently and manage core business processes without oversight
THE OPPORTUNITY
Vector provides aspiring founders with a fully built and validated vertical AI business to own and grow. These opportunities span industries such as home services, property management, local retail, med spas, self-storage, and other high-demand service categories.
We identify attractive market opportunities, define the product and business model, build the initial software, and develop the go-to-market strategy, pricing, and execution plan. You step into a real business with a clear path to revenue on day one.
Vector partners with each founder to support long-term growth, performance, and success.
Instead of starting from zero, you step into a fully built business and focus on one thing only: generating revenue and scaling it.

- Compensation: Performance-based + Equity
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own and scale a software business as the CEO & Founder
- Launch and grow a software business built and validated by Vector
- Execute outbound sales and customer acquisition (cold outreach, calls, demos, and follow-ups)
- Close customers and generate recurring revenue
- Build and manage your pipeline and ongoing customer relationships
- Gather market feedback and refine the product over time
- Establish repeatable sales and operational processes as the business scales
- Take full ownership of performance, growth, and long-term success
- Collaborate with Vector’s word-class founder enablement team
WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE
