In this role, you will operate as a critical steward of Govini’s GTM data engine, ensuring both the CRM and the CSP hosts high-fidelity information that the GTM team needs to succeed. You aren’t just the “numbers” person; you thrive to understand the ‘why’ and ‘so–what’ behind the data and understand that reliable reporting is the bedrock of a successful SaaS business. You are an intellectually curious problem solver who finds satisfaction in creating order out of chaos and building automated workflows to replace manual tasks. This is an elite entry-point into Revenue Operations within a high-growth SaaS company supporting National Security, designed for a detail-obsessed professional eager to master the mechanics of a mature GTM tech stack.

This role is a full-time position located in our Arlington, VA office, and may require up to 10 % travel.

Scope of Responsibilities

  • Perform routine data integrity audits and execute cleanup workflows in Salesforce and Planhat to maintain a reliable System of Record.
  • Support revenue Intelligence & data enrichment, research and enrich leads and sales records with publicly available information to facilitate duplicate management, account hierarchies, and territory planning.
  • Conduct routine audits and compile "Hygiene Action Reports" for Sales Ops and Biz Ops leadership to coach the field and identify systemic data errors.
  • Prepare weekly sales and performance reports and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into sales velocity and deployment health.
  • Assist in monthly deployment health reports and support Sales Ops or BizOps leadership on complex analytical projects.
  • Assist in the daily administration of the GTM tech stack, focusing on user access, licensing, and basic troubleshooting for the field.
  • Act as the First Line of Defense Act for the Sales and Business Operations teams for technical system questions or data update requests.
  • Leverage AI and workflow tools to automate routine data tasks, moving the GTM team away from manual, error-prone processes.
  • Maintain critical GTM documentation in Google Drive using a structured taxonomy to ensure the team uses only current, compliant collateral.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics, or similar fields, or 1-4 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets and data cleaning functions.
  • Foundational knowledge of SQL or a BI tool and ability to navigate multiple datasets.
  • An aptitude for learning CRM or CSP systems like Salesforce or Planhat.
  • Meticulous attention to detail; you enjoy "solving the puzzle" of data inconsistencies.

Desired Skills:

  • An interest in Revenue Operations, business process optimization, or national security/defense acquisition.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Planhat, or Sales Intelligence tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GovWin).
  • Experience managing file structures (Google Drive) or documentation platforms (Confluence).
  • Hands on experience leveraging AI tools to automate routine workflows, clean datasets, or increase operational velocity.

We firmly believe that past performance is the best indicator of future performance.  If you thrive while building solutions to complex problems, are a self-starter, and are passionate about making an impact in global security, we’re eager to hear from you.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
