GovTech Barbados exists to transform public services. Government services should be simple and reliable for all citizens to use. GovTech will work transparently to build trust and deliver public services that meet the needs of Barbadians.

We’re looking locally, regionally, and globally for people with experience in digitally transforming services for governments or large complex organisations. We’re particularly interested in hearing from people who are keen on working in hybrid roles, in a flat culture, and where you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that is driven by delivering outcomes collectively.   

You'll work with a group of digital transformation specialists to establish the standard for how GovTech delivers digital services. We’re looking for people who can work autonomously in ambiguous environments, help us design standards and principles, and share openly the progress you make as a wider team.

We expect you to write occasionally on the Govtech Blog to promote and generate interest in your work, sharing our successes and lessons learned.
