Agentic Transformation Manager

Seattle, WA

Gradial is building the AI-native system of work for enterprise marketing. Our agents turn ideas into live campaigns by executing across the tools, teams, and workflows enterprises already use—from content authoring and campaign assembly to quality assurance and brand compliance. We give marketers and creatives more time to shape brands, understand customers, and create work that moves people.

We’re tackling some of the hardest problems in applied AI: building agent harnesses, sandboxed execution environments, and orchestration that enable agents to plan, act, and verify their work reliably at enterprise scale. We’re growing rapidly, winning Fortune 500 and enterprise customers including AWS, T-Mobile, and Prudential. Our $65 million Series C led by Insight Partners is accelerating that momentum.

Join us to help define how people and AI agents work together. We move with urgency, reason from first principles, and take ownership from idea to customer impact. You’ll shape the product, own consequential problems, and build systems that some of the world’s leading brands depend on every day.

The Role

Gradial is looking for an Agentic Transformation Manager to help some of the world's largest enterprises rethink how marketing work gets done in the age of AI agents. You'll lead strategic customer engagements that move beyond deploying technology to fundamentally redesigning workflows, operating models and how organizations measure value.

You'll own transformation engagements across two strategic enterprise customers, working closely with Account Directors, Forward Deployed Product Managers and Forward Deployed Engineers. While those teams own the ongoing customer relationship and technical delivery, you'll focus on how people, processes and AI agents come together to create meaningful business outcomes.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who can move confidently between executive conversations, collaborative workshops, detailed process design and financial modeling. You'll work directly with customer teams to understand how they operate today, design how they should operate tomorrow and build the business case to make that transformation real.

This role is based in our Seattle HQ, with up to 30% travel for customer engagements and workshops.

What You'll Own

  • Lead enterprise transformation engagements across two strategic customers, owning discovery, operating model design, value measurement and executive recommendations from start to finish.
  • Redesign how marketing organizations operate by identifying opportunities for AI agents to take on work, eliminate manual handoffs and fundamentally improve how teams execute.
  • Facilitate collaborative workshops with executives, functional leaders and practitioners to map existing processes, challenge assumptions and co-design future-state workflows.
  • Define new operating models that clarify how people and AI agents work together, including responsibilities, decision rights, governance and processes.
  • Build financial models and business cases that quantify the impact of transformation through reduced cycle times, improved productivity, automation rates and measurable cost savings.
  • Establish clear success metrics and baselines that connect customer transformation initiatives to tangible business outcomes and support ongoing measurement of realized value.
  • Present transformation strategies and value assessments to senior customer stakeholders, translating complex operational changes into clear recommendations and investment decisions.
  • Partner with Account Directors and delivery teams to align transformation roadmaps with customer priorities, commercial commitments and technical implementation plans.
  • Lead discovery and transformation workshops for prospective customers alongside Sales and Solutions Engineering, helping enterprise buyers understand the operational and financial opportunity of agentic AI.
  • Develop repeatable methodologies and frameworks that improve how Gradial delivers transformation engagements and scales successful approaches across enterprise customers.

What We Need

  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, operating model design or related disciplines, with a track record of leading complex enterprise engagements.
  • Demonstrated experience redesigning business processes and operating models, turning ambiguous operational challenges into practical, implementable solutions.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to build credible business cases, quantify ROI and communicate financial impact to executive stakeholders.
  • Experience leading stakeholder interviews, collaborative workshops and cross-functional working sessions to build alignment and drive meaningful organizational change.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge established ways of working and present compelling recommendations.
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into detailed process flows, governance structures, implementation roadmaps and measurable success criteria.
  • Experience working alongside commercial, customer success, product or technical delivery teams in complex enterprise environments.
  • A hands-on approach to problem-solving, with the judgment to move between high-level strategy and detailed execution without relying on large project teams.
  • Curiosity about AI and its potential to fundamentally reshape enterprise operations, with the ability to think beyond incremental automation toward new ways of working.
  • Willingness to work in person from our Seattle HQ and travel up to 30% for customer engagements.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in marketing operations, digital transformation, content supply chains or enterprise marketing technology environments.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Sitecore, Salesforce, Contentful or Workfront.
  • Experience applying human-centered design, journey mapping or participatory design methodologies to enterprise transformation initiatives.

What we offer

  • Performance-based annual bonus
  • Meaningful equity awards
  • Medical, dental & vision (fully covered for employees with 75% for dependents)
  • Fertility & family-planning support
  • 401k plan
  • Unlimited PTO
  • A beautiful Seattle office with a gym, sauna, and bike parking
  • Free lunch three days a week in our HQ
  • A front-row seat to building category-defining AI infrastructure

You'll thrive here if you

  • Learn quickly, actively seek out new challenges, and regularly reconsider “how it’s always been done.”
  • Want to have real impact with zero bureaucracy.
  • Have an innate drive for being 1% better than the day before, building towards greatness.
  • Embrace AI as a core tool for problem-solving, innovation, and scale.
  • Show customer-obsession (internal or external), high ownership/accountability, and bias for action.
  • Communicate clearly, directly, with curiosity, and assuming good intentions.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments where building better > maintaining status quo.

AI Literacy & Interviewing Tools

As an AI-first company, we prioritize AI literacy as a core competency in our hiring decisions. We’re excited by candidates who thoughtfully apply AI tools in their work, but during interviews we’re focused on you. This is your opportunity to show how you think, communicate, and solve problems. Over-reliance on AI-generated responses during the interview process (especially when it obscures your own voice) will result in disqualification. We want to understand your unique perspective and how you approach challenges, both with and without AI.

Gradial is dedicated to creating an environment where diverse perspectives are valued and all team members can grow. We offer competitive compensation, equity, flexible work hours, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative culture focused on learning and impact.
